Be Part of Bolton’s Plan for Health and Social Care – Come to a Workshop

The devolution of health and social care means that more decisions about Greater Manchester are made here. Partners across Bolton have worked to develop a strategic plan for Health and Social Care to deliver ‘place based’ and ‘people centred’ services across nine neighbourhoods.

Healthwatch Bolton, Bolton CVS and the GP Federation are working together to engage local voluntary organisations, residents, community groups and practitioners to explore and contribute to Bolton’s plan.

This is a chance to contribute understanding of local neighbourhood priorities and to influence the vision together.

This workshop is an opportunity for local residents, community groups and healthcare professionals to have their say on Bolton’s Health and Social Care plans and explore how we can work together.

All workshops are hosted by a voluntary organisation, please attend the one you consider to be your area.
