    Tracy currently owns her own company TAB HR Ltd. Prior to owning her own company, Tracy was a HR Director for over 20 years. She has a huge amount of experience of sitting on Boards and ensuring good governance and compliance.
    She holds three voluntary positions. One is Vice Chair of Turton School for which she was recently elected after being a Governor there for two years. She is a member of a Charity called Patients First and holds the role of Voluntary Executive Officer in supporting the work they do. Her final volunteer role is with a charity called Healed by Compassion in which she was approached to be an Ambassador for after they heard about her role with Patients First and the success it had. She directly contributed to the Speak up Review commissioned by Jeremy Hunt and led by Sir Robert Francis on behalf of Patients First.
    Tracy is also a guest lecturer with the University of Warwick and her passion is health and education.
