We aimed to gather a comprehensive set of responses from the people of Manchester on some of the key topics rasied in the NHS Long Term Plan.
Key findings
- Most commented on topics were "Timely access to treatment and support, reviews and health checks" and "Healthy and active lifestyles"

- Appointment times
- A week wait is too long
- Waiting lists
- Check-ups
- Mental health
- Location - distance
Conclusions
- People wanted their relationships with professionals to be clear and honest.
- Many respondents rating having time to talk with their professionals
- People want their concerns to be taken seriously with long waiting times giving some the message their illness was of low priority.
- People felt technology could be a positive solution to identified problems in the healthcare system.
